Top Ten Tuesdays is an original feature created by The Broke and The Bookish and you can find their page here.
1) Free Books Forever
Think of all the money I could save if I didn't have to pay for books any more! It would be a miracle.
2) All the time in the world to read
No more "too many books not enough time". I could just pause time when I read! Problem solved.
3) A Magical Hermione Bag to Hold my Books
I do not have enough shelf space for all the books I currently have, let alone all the books I will have once I get free books forever! So I clearly need a magical bag to hold them all (in which I will somehow never lose a book).
4) My Own Bookstore
I would love to own a bookstore. I don't think I could ever really start one myself but the book genie can grant me one right?
5) All of my favourite book characters brought to life
I would if I could just walk along and see some of my favourite book characters it would be so cool.
6) The chance to meet my favourite authors
I can't promise I would make any sense speaking to them but it would be so great to meet the people who wrote books that influenced my life and my reading.
7) The ability to step into any book I like
A bit like bringing characters to life except instead of bringing them to my world I go to theirs. You'd have to be pretty careful, nobody (sane) wants to wind up in The Hunger Games or Game of Thrones but who doesn't want to go to Hogwarts?
8) No more writer's block
I (Clare) have been writing a book for ages now and I keep getting stuck or I start writing something, realise I don't like it and have to go back a few chapters to correct it. At this rate I'll be writing the same book for the rest of my life.
9) No more terrible covers/cover changes
Ah superficiality! I will freely admit I constantly judge books by their covers and it really bugs me when a book has a terrible cover or my covers don't match.
10) The ability to oversee casting and script for any book to movie adaptations
Not all of them or I'd be horribly busy but I'd really like to prevent terrible casting or weird adapting of books.
